1. Operator and scope
These terms cover use of the aslab website and platform provided by AI Solutions Labs Inc, registered in Florida, USA. Contact hello@aslab.ai. A separately agreed service contract, order or data-processing agreement controls where it specifically differs from these general terms.
2. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate registration information, protect credentials and use accounts only with authorisation. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Report suspected account compromise promptly. You are responsible for configuring access to your workspace and connected services.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, malicious code, theft of credentials or unauthorised access. Do not evade usage limits or security controls. Submit only information you are authorised to process, and comply with applicable requirements for customer notices, communications and call recording.
4. AI responses and external actions
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for significant decisions. Generated content is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Tools and integrations can change external systems or send communications; configure permissions and required approvals carefully. A draft or a proposed action is not evidence that it has been executed.
5. Customer data and providers
You retain rights in material you provide. You authorise processing necessary to deliver the features and integrations you request, subject to the privacy policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. You are responsible for the lawful basis and permissions for data you submit about other people. Connected third-party services may have separate terms.
6. Plans, payment and changes
Prices, included allowances and usage charges are shown in the cabinet or agreed order. Check them before enabling paid usage. Charges beyond included allowances depend on the applicable plan. Access may be limited when funds or allowances are exhausted. Plan changes, cancellations and refunds follow the applicable plan or agreement and mandatory law; these terms do not create a blanket waiver of refund rights.
7. Availability and suspension
Availability can be affected by maintenance, faults and third-party services. No specific SLA is promised unless separately agreed. Access may be restricted for abuse, security incidents, non-payment or legal requirements. Contact support to clarify a restriction, resolve a dispute or request account closure.
8. Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible as provided by applicable law and any agreed contract. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Contact hello@aslab.ai first to discuss a problem. Applicable law and dispute procedures depend on the agreement and mandatory legal requirements; no exclusive court is designated by this page.
