Privacy policy

This applies to the aslab website and platform operated by AI Solutions Labs Inc, registered in Florida, USA. Contact: hello@aslab.ai.

1. Scope and responsibilities

We process information about website visitors, prospective customers and platform account holders. When an organisation uses aslab to communicate with its own customers, that organisation determines the purpose and settings of its assistant. Contact that organisation about its customer data; we can help identify and route your request.

2. Information we receive

This may include your email, name, organisation and account details; support correspondence; messages and attachments you submit to an assistant; and audio or transcripts when you use voice features. Technical records may include IP address, browser information, session identifiers, sign-in attempts, usage and security events. Billing may involve contact information and payment-provider transaction references.

3. Why information is processed

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide access and requested features, operate conversations and integrations, administer billing and support, prevent abuse and investigate faults. Depending on applicable law and the activity, the basis may be a requested service or contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where required. A setup or contact request is used to respond about your enquiry, not presented as consent to unrelated advertising.

4. Email form and AI assistant

The contact form on the site sends your email and selected language to our backend, which delivers the request to our team through our configured SMTP service. The chat assistant is automated. By default, every model — language, speech recognition and voice — runs on AI Solutions Labs servers in Ukraine and the United States, and conversations stay there. If a business customer chooses to connect an external AI or speech provider to its assistant, only the data that provider needs is sent to it. Responses can be inaccurate. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Voice or file processing applies only when you use those features.

5. Service providers and international processing

Hosting and network providers (including Cloudflare), email delivery services and payment providers such as Stripe process the information needed for their functions; this may take place in the USA, Ukraine or other countries. Our own language, speech-to-text and text-to-speech models are hosted on AI Solutions Labs servers in Ukraine and the United States. Where a business customer connects a third-party AI or speech provider to its assistant, conversations with that assistant are sent to the provider the customer selected and may be processed in the USA or other countries under that provider's terms; the business customer makes that choice and is responsible for informing its own users. Ask us about the providers, locations and transfer safeguards relevant to your use before sending data subject to special restrictions. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

6. Storage and retention

Cookies and browser storage support authentication, language preferences and chat sessions. Removing them may sign you out or interrupt a conversation. Retention depends on the record: enquiries while they are being handled; account and conversation data while needed for the requested service and configured history; security logs for monitoring and investigations; and billing records for accounting and legal obligations. Deletion may be subject to backup cycles, disputes or legal retention requirements. Contact us for the retention rules applicable to your data.

7. Your requests

Write to hello@aslab.ai to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about processing. Depending on applicable law, you may also request portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, or complain to a supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the relevant workspace. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless a suitable verification process has been agreed.

8. Security and changes

We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. This page carries a revision date; review it when your use of the service changes. Contact us about material questions before submitting personal information.
